We offer fake nails, nail polish, nail dryers, accessories, and salon services (manicures, pedicures, and custom designs).

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the Netherlands.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express (AMEX).

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Your order will typically arrive in 4-7 business days.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.

7. How do I return an item?

You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days. Just contact us at contact@fashza.com for a prepaid return label.

8. What if my item is damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once processed, orders can’t be changed or canceled. Contact us ASAP if you need assistance.
